Shipping Methods

Our goal is to deliver your order in the shortest possible time, simplifying the shipping process.

SHIPPING TO GREECE

For orders in Greece, the cost of shipping products up to 10 kg is 5.00 euros plus VAT. If the product is returned for a refund or replacement (size, color, etc.) shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our fault.

The products you ordered are sent to the address you have given us with a transport company.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out within 4 to 8 working days for mainland Greece, Crete and islands (we always refer to delivery to the capitals of prefectures and not to remote areas), as long as the products you have ordered are available. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of bad weather, strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect delivery times.

In the event that a product is not immediately available, you will be informed in time by the orders department for the estimated delivery time.
