Returns – Cancellations
1. WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPING – NON-RECEPTION OF PRODUCT
In those cases in which, due to proven fault of “technokopi.gr”, you were delivered products in a different design or size than the order, you can return the products. In this case, the shipping costs for the return of the order are charged to our company.
2. PRODUCT MANUFACTURING DEFECT
In those cases in which there is a defect in the product, you have the right to return the product you purchased and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. In this case, the shipping costs for the return of the order are borne by our company.
3. PRODUCT CHANGE – NO SERVICE PROVIDED
In cases where you wish to change the product you have purchased, you must fill in the product code or codes and size in the contact e-mail and our partner will contact you. Alternatively, you can contact the customer service department directly on +302394052661.
4. WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return the product you purchased, exercising the right of withdrawal and – only in the event that the product has not been used – to request the return of the price you paid us, within 14 days from the date indicated on the purchase receipt.The return of the products should be done exclusively by a courier indicated by our company. A refund is made for a purchase of the product made with cash (cash on delivery) or with a credit card. Your refund process will be completed no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the products and as long as they are in perfect condition.
